I went back to Tuaran for father’s day. Since Ba just recover from his high Blood pressure (it was detected last week, out of nowhere). All this while, both my parents is under the low blood pressure category and right after they are back from Japan, Ba was detected with hypertension. *sigh .. everyone panicked.. Ba refused to take his medicine coz he said, once he took the medicine, he’ll be depending on it for the rest of his life- which is true. So, he ate vegetables and fruits for a week and Thank god his BP reduce. But, according to my mum, his BP is not very stable yet. It was up and down last week and he is advised to go and see a specialist at Rafflesia Medical today. Let’s pray that he’ll be healthy.. InsyaAllah. Woooaa… writing about him make me feel so sad and makes me want to write about him a bit more.
Ba have always been a ‘health freak’ as long as i can remember. He is the one who always advised us to drink lots of plain water. I can still remember when I was at the boarding school. If he saw me with an acne, he’ll advised me to drink lots of water. He is also the one who have trained us from small to eat our fruits everyday. Fruits is a MUST at home. And untill now, fruits is a must in my diet and i am adapting and am training my kids doing the same thing and Aleesha is the biggest fan for fruits. She can consume fruits and nothing at all. Akramin is following Aleesha’s appetite which i find it very good. As for me, i can’t live without fruits! Eating oats is Aleesha’s latest favourite food. Yuckk… been trying to eat oats from day 1 and untill yesterday ( i tried 1 spoon of oats and i HATE it) … i salute aleesha for that. And that , she learned from Tok Ba as well.
Anyway, we had BBQ over the weekend. We celebrate it on Saturday night since We have to get back to KK on Sunday. It was fun and yummy (mestila sedap kan sebab hubby yang jadi ‘chef of the day’). Aleesha and Akramin play the whole day which is good sebab time malam semua tidur tak ingat which is good for me. hehe … the bad news is, satu gambar pun tak ambil.. punyala! we forgot to bring our camera and none of them at home took pic of the father’s day thingy.. aiyaaa!
Neway, just wanna wish all the father, father-to-be happy, father wannabe… Happy father’s day and U complete our life! Hugs n kisses to all dads in the world especially to my father. Ba, we love you so much!
